The Discover IT webStore contains 6 departments that bring together all the important products and services you will need to use the Internet effectively in your business - brought to you by the top quality names in the business, and all offering exceptional value for money.
The top four departments (Domain Names, Web Hosting, Web Design and Internet Training) are supplied directly by Discover IT, while products from the other two departments are supplied by Discover IT affiliates.
When you click through to buy anything from any of the lower two departments you are buying directly from that company. Most of the products supplied by these companies are used here at Discover IT and are highly recommended.
Support and Refunds
If you should encounter any problem with the service provided please email our Customer Service department at info@discoverit-webstore.co.uk.
If, for any reason, you continue to be dissatisfied with the service provided you can request a refund. Refunds are provided at the discretion of Company management.

Terms
All assignments and hosting contracts are subject to our standard terms & conditions unless otherwise agreed.
Project Assignments
- All design, development and marketing projects are subject to an agreed contract signed by both parties.
- Projects are billed on completion except those projects lasting more than 3 months which are subject to milestone payments.
- Invoices submitted for projects completed, or for milestone payments, are payable within 14 days.
- All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
Web Hosting
- Web hosting charges must be paid prior to commencement of the hosting service.
- Hosting contracts are priced on an annual basis with payment for renewal payable in advance of the renewal date.
- Any hosting excess charges (for example, storage space or data transfers over contracted limits) are assessed at the end of each month and invoiced with invoice payable within 14 days.
- All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
- Discover IT prohibits the use of illegal material on any web site - including copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, any material in violation of international or local regulation, and adult material with lewd or obscene content.
Discover IT (UK) Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Discover IT when Discover IT decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
